Cleartrip — denied gst invoice

I am flying to usa from mumbai for which i paid 90000 to cleartrip for my luftansa flight, while booking it shows me around 2000 was charged to me as gst where as when i ask for gst invoice they refuse to give me the invoice saying travel in foreign airline will not get gst invoice, then why did they chrge the same? It is scam run by cleartrip for misguding the cleint and eat the gst credits.. When talk to cusotmer care they give ereicpt and not invoice shoing gst as seprate figure. Where as i have submited all the my gst details while booking. Then why do they ask for gst details why booking. My is company and it is offical exp cannot use non gst invoice.
