Cleartrip — failed booking of hotel | |||
On 28.01.2018, I tried to book two rooms in Hotel Hari Darshan, Dwarka (Gujarat) for 25.03.2018 by paying advance of Rs 325/- through debit card of Central Bank of India. The booking was failed, however, Rs 325/- was deducted from my account. I again tried to book the same room from debit card of my State Bank of India Account by making full payment. This time, the booking was successful. I sent mail to Cleartrip at e-mail ID [protected]@cleartrip.com for refund of Rs 325/-. On 29.01.2017, I contacted Cleartrip Customer Care for refund of amount. They informed me that the amount will be automatically refunded with two to three days. Till now, I have not received the amount. Please refund the same at the earliest.
