Cleartrip — flight booking was cancelled due to airline schedule change but full refund not paid still | |||
I have booked a flight with cleartrip id[protected] and airline pnr number x7w27v with flexipay plan amount was inr 20511. Spicejet has canclled the flight due to scheduled changed as reported. I was refunded as amount inr 19311. I have talked to cleartrip customer care executive several times and they have confirmed for full refund. Now they are not responding and blaming a third party godigit insurance company for claim. I have booked ticket with cleartrip so i should get full refund from cleartrip itself. Hi Binod! We have checked that you have received full refund of the cancellation from the airline. Also, the cancellation of the insurance policy at the time of claim doesn’t fall under the policy conditions and hence is non-refundable.
