Cleartrip — flight booking was cancelled due to airline schedule change but full refund not paid still

I have booked a flight with cleartrip id[protected] and airline pnr number x7w27v with flexipay plan amount was inr 20511. Spicejet has canclled the flight due to scheduled changed as reported. I was refunded as amount inr 19311. I have talked to cleartrip customer care executive several times and they have confirmed for full refund. Now they are not responding and blaming a third party godigit insurance company for claim. I have booked ticket with cleartrip so i should get full refund from cleartrip itself.
