I booked a ticket from bangalore to mumbai for 21st march via airasia. The booking did not go through as i had entered an expired otp. The page showed an error after entering the details.
I tried to book once again but could not see the same flights.
I got another option for indigo and went ahead and booked it.
I received an email with my indigo tickets at 6.56 pm.
After that i receive another email from with the airasia tickets at 7.13 pm.

Any sane person would not have 2 bookings with different flights at the same time.
I have no message from the bank of any deduction from my card.
I would request you not to charge me for those tickets.

    I had cancelled a flight ticket from goa to nagpur (Trip id - [protected]) scheduled on 16th february, 2020. I was supposed to get a refund of rs. 635 but i have not received it yet. I tried to call their customer (Both online and on phone) for the same. While every time i try that online their website says their system is down. And when i call them, i am kept waiting for almost 20 minutes and the call gets disconnected automatically.

    It's been more than a month. I have neither received the refund nor i am able to reach out to them either through phone or online.

      On 10th of march i booked tickets to mgm amusement park in cleartrip for 1670 and i used amazon upi gateway as the payment and the transaction was successful there but when returning to cleartrip it said the payment failed i contacted cleartrip they said they didn't receive but when i contacted bhim upi and amazon they said the payment was successful and it has reached cleartrip upi id, i contacted cleartrip for 5 times all the time they said the same thing that they didn't receive the payment might be stuck in the gateway but amazon and bhim upi are saying it was successful and reached the merchant bank, really disappointing i need by money back my trip is[protected]

        I wanted to reschedule the flight for my elderly parents due to the coronavirus pandemic. I have been contacting them for days and have been put on hold for hours. But no response. No communication. Nothing.
        I have also tried their various e-mail addresses. Their social media platforms do not seem to be functioning. Understandable that a situation like this was not predicted by anyone. But, cleartrip being in this domain is mandated to provide at least this basic service to its customers, or some alternate.

          I have cancelled the tickets booked through cleartrip online portal after airlines (Indigo) has cancelled / rescheduled the flights due to current corona situation. Accordingly, i got cancellation itinerary giving full refund by the airlines (Aed. 4345/-). But i got a email message from cleartrip that i will receive aed. 3376/-. I tried to contact cleartrip uae & indian customer care offices but not able to reach in spite of continuous and long waiting. The trip id is[protected].

            Highly dissatisfied. Wanted to reschedule my flight due to the corona virus pandemic but the customer service could not help me in doing so, failing which i had a loss of money. When the company can take service charges to book ticket then why do they fail in rescheduling at this critical crisis status. It's highly unprofessional way of handling things. Will never book through clear trip.

From that time i am continuously calling customer care but they are not connecting. I want to continue that booking . But no customer help from them. If a booking is left incomplete immediately their customer assistant calls and do the booking. But no help now. Pl continue my booking

                  Ve booked my air ticket from paris to chennai in your airlines through cleartrip whose trip id is:[protected]

                  Please check the attached snap shot where it shows that the onward flight got canceled from your end due to the corona virus issue i guess.

                  In the above condition, i must get a full refund. I have been put on waiting in your customer call for so many minutes on an average of 48min at least without any response.

                  It is the administration's duty to keep the passengers informed about their booking and flight cancellation on time every time. It could be an automated system because you very well know your passengers contact details. Lufthansa didn't act professionally on this.

                  Passengers were left with no option than to worry. I need my full refund without any kind of deduction.

                  Please revert back at the earliest possible.

                    I booked flight tickets using the travel booking website cleartrip.com and by paying through internet banking, my account got debited but my tickets not got booked. They gave one link to track refund status but not provided any refund reference id.in the link it's showing that amount refunded but not credited to my account. Not at all responding to any calls though made calls a number of times. They just made me to wait almost 20 mon everytime and abruptly cut my call without attending any customer service representative.

                      I had booked tkts for the Delhi to Indore sector with return, vide above Trip ID, PNR Nos. MLU42A and QQGGQE for these two sectors. I had to cancel the tkts due to spread of corona virus. DGCA had mandated full refund in all such cases. However, on cancellation, an amount of Rs. 5280 has been deducted and only Rs. 1868 has been refunded. This is a clear violation of Government directives. Call Center is also not picking up the call.                         Hello team,

                        I have a domestic travel scheduled between mumbai to shirdi on march 19th 2020. The trip id is [protected]
                        But due to the outbreak of corona virus/covid19, i have decided to cancel my trip for security reasons. My travel from dubai to mumbai is cancelled. When i contacted cleartrip to cancel my tickets they said, if cancelled i will not get any amount back as cleartrip is not refunding to its customers. Even for rescheduling, i have to pay for the difference in fare fees. I want to understand why is it so? When the whole world is concerned about security and safety, does cleartrip think otherwise? Why can’t i get the refund when the time is not at all conducive to travel? Can anyone explain it? Just wanted to share that all my other carriers/agents like air india, tajawal, indigo have all issued refunds. Only cleartrip has issued nil refund. This is surprising considering the current scenario.

                              I had booked a trip from bangalore to pune. Travelling 3rd apr returning 6th. However i had to cancel it bcoz of current corona situation.
                              Trip id[protected].
                              The above trip was booked thru clear trip and cancelled thru clear trip. Cleartrip given a refund of 216rs for 18720₹ payment i made. I am in touch with nodal officer from spice jet regarding it and i have been confirmed in writing that spice jet has processed refund of rs 7380. Cleartrip has eaten up all this money and is given a refund of only 216₹ such a shame on this company. Misusing the current situation. Please help me.

                                I have booked extra luggage of 5 kgs for spice jet air lines on pnr no. Jdsesd flight for del to bkk, on date 14th february, 2020, but at igi airport terminal 3 counter found that this extra baggage amount was not transferred to airline.. It is big inconvenience to guest traveller. Guest has to pay extra luggage charges again. You are requested to refund the amount to my account.

                                  I’ve been trying to call the support team for cancellation for a couple of times already for more than 20 minutes per call but no one is answering, i lost more than an hour worth of international calls, i could not callback because i don’t have enough international, i wanted to cancel my flight with trip id[protected], i hope someone will help, and call me back for the cancellation as soon as possible.

                                    I have booked the above ticket through your website with
                                    Pnr/ticket no. Ollqtt.

                                    Now due to corona virus warning issued by government of india, we have postponed the tour and want to re-schedule the tickets to the month of june/july 2020.

                                    But, i have failed to change in your website. When tried to contact you over phone, you are not responding/unable to call you, inspite of several calls; each call wasted time of 20 minutes.
                                    Now, i request you to postpone the ticket to 4th week of june/july from chennai to hyderabad.
                                    Please at least reply for this to my e-mail id with you

                                      It is unfortunate that cleartrip has very bad service and it appears almost like a fraud company. I want to cancel my flight ticket which was booked for airasia through cleartrip, under cleartrip i. D.[protected].

                                      Since last 2 days i am calling their call centre number, but as we select the option for cancellation of ticket, they make us hold the line for indefinite time. Yesterday i disconnected the line after 45 minutes. Then today i called them up hold the line for 45 minutes, finally one lady came on the call and i discussed the details about the cancellation of my tickets. Then she told me that i have to speak to another department for rescheduling as per airasia policy. Initially she said she will transfer the line to the concern person. I held the line for 10 minutes and then she said you have to call once again. After that i called once again but no one came on line. One lady came on line and started pretending as if she is not able to hear
