But got a message that transaction unsuccessful, payment failed and the refund will generate within two business day. Now two business day already completed, my refund has not been received. Sir, do needful at the earliest.

      I had booked a trip from bangalore to pune. Travelling 3rd apr returning 6th. However i had to cancel it bcoz of current corona situation.
      Trip id[protected].
      The above trip was booked thru clear trip and cancelled thru clear trip. Cleartrip given a refund of 216rs for 18720₹ payment i made. I am in touch with nodal officer from spice jet regarding it and i have been confirmed in writing that spice jet has processed refund of rs 7380. Cleartrip has eaten up all this money and is given a refund of only 216₹ such a shame on this company. Misusing the current situation. Please help me.

        I have booked extra luggage of 5 kgs for spice jet air lines on pnr no. Jdsesd flight for del to bkk, on date 14th february, 2020, but at igi airport terminal 3 counter found that this extra baggage amount was not transferred to airline.. It is big inconvenience to guest traveller. Guest has to pay extra luggage charges again. You are requested to refund the amount to my account.

          Hi,

          I’ve been trying to call the support team for cancellation for a couple of times already for more than 20 minutes per call but no one is answering, i lost more than an hour worth of international calls, i could not callback because i don’t have enough international, i wanted to cancel my flight with trip id[protected], i hope someone will help, and call me back for the cancellation as soon as possible.

            Dear sir,
            I have booked the above ticket through your website with
            Pnr/ticket no. Ollqtt.

            Now due to corona virus warning issued by government of india, we have postponed the tour and want to re-schedule the tickets to the month of june/july 2020.

            But, i have failed to change in your website. When tried to contact you over phone, you are not responding/unable to call you, inspite of several calls; each call wasted time of 20 minutes.
            Now, i request you to postpone the ticket to 4th week of june/july from chennai to hyderabad.
            Please at least reply for this to my e-mail id with you

              It is unfortunate that cleartrip has very bad service and it appears almost like a fraud company. I want to cancel my flight ticket which was booked for airasia through cleartrip, under cleartrip i. D.[protected].

              Since last 2 days i am calling their call centre number, but as we select the option for cancellation of ticket, they make us hold the line for indefinite time. Yesterday i disconnected the line after 45 minutes. Then today i called them up hold the line for 45 minutes, finally one lady came on the call and i discussed the details about the cancellation of my tickets. Then she told me that i have to speak to another department for rescheduling as per airasia policy. Initially she said she will transfer the line to the concern person. I held the line for 10 minutes and then she said you have to call once again. After that i called once again but no one came on line. One lady came on line and started pretending as if she is not able to hear

                انا قومت بحجز طيران لوالدتي في يوم ١٧ مارس للمجئ مع زميل لزوجي بنفس اليوم لانها تعاني من جلطه لا تستطيع التحرك بمفردها
                وللاسف قام صديق زوجي بتقديم الحجز نظرا لظروف مرض الكورونا خوفا من إصدار قرار بعدم استقبال المصريين بالإمارات
                وقام بدفع ١٥٠ درهم
                تواصلت مع شركه كلير تريب وشرحت الموقف مع التوسل بالمساعدة أبلغوني بدفع مبلغ ٦٤٨ درهم
                مع أساءه الموظف بالتعامل معي في نهايه المكالمة

                لأني خيرت الموظف وقولت له بالطريقه المصريه لانه كان مصري (يعني حضرتك ينفع اجاي اقولك ابدل حجز التيكت ب ٦٤٨ وهي حقها ٧٢٠ تقريبا . الي بيكلم مجنون والي بيستمع عاقل . قالي الي بيتكلم مجنون
                اَي غلط تاني هقفل المكالمة قولتله انا ايه علاقتك انا بفهمك إني لو قولتلك كده هتقولي كده وده مثل مصري معروف لا يمس باي علاقه من الغلط
                انا لو بغلط مكنتش قولتله إني معيش فلوس ادفع المبلغ زه واني مستلفه حق التيكت اصلا
                واني والدتي عندها جلطه
                اتواسلت اليه كتير جدا بالمساعدة
                في اخر المكالمة يقولي هضطر انهي المكالمة

                انا أسفه جدا إني بتعامل معاكم لان وقت ما حجزت كان موقع فلاي دبي نفس سعركم بالظبط بس لأني بحجز علي طول من كلير تريب وتجوال
                حجزت علي طول من كلير تريب وللاسف ندمت جدا لعدم وجود اَي حل
                لكن صديق زوجي في ثانيه غير الحجز

                واتواسلت اليه انه يقوم باسترجاع التيكت وحجز التيكت الحديد في نفس اليوم رفض جدا

                  I was trying to book a train ticket on cleartrip, i searched the train availability and seats were available, i filled the details and reached to the payment process. Completed payment process money (1511.42got deducted, but ticket booking did not go through because my irctc account was disabled. Now i am in limbo, i do not have any contact for cleartrip office. I don't know how do i contact them.
                  Need to raise this as soon as possible.

                    Please be noted that i cancelled this ticket by online clear trip site but how much i will get back nobody inform me i called many time cleartrip they said check from sauid airline i called saudi airline they said should call cleartrip and they will inform you. Kindly do the needful and make my refund i cancelled this ticket was 02/03/2020.

                      I made a flight booking vi cleartrip website on mar 6 2020. Amount rs. 9819 for deducted twice on 06mar20 by paynimo for cleartrip booking made. Whereas i have done only one booking following are the two transactions id. Info: inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/. Info: inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/. So request to reverse any one of the payment back to my account as only one booking was made.

                        28/02/2020 at 02:09:43 hrs i tried to book an air ticket in air india flight for 3 persons srinivas kanagala, bharani kanagala and praneeth nagasai kanagala, after all the process an amount of rs.11988/- got deducted from my account but not got any confirmation from cleartrip. My bank account is indicating that on 28 feb 2020, an amount of rs.11, 988/- has been transformed "to transfer-inb cleartrip tech_cl payments-[protected]igaiepyn transfer to[protected]". I have not received any conformation from either from cleartrip or from air india.
                        Now i am unable to contact cleartrip as i don't have any trip id.
                        Please kindly look into this matter and revert my money back. Iam providing my details :

                            Booked a hotel for[protected] to[protected] at swan suites gayathrinest, hyderabad for 4 adults. Paid 11424/-. But as the hotel was not as per specified, we have cancelled the said booking on same day. After various follow-up, we have not received the refund yet. Voucher number: chmm[protected]. Cleartrip trip id:[protected]. Hotel was booked for our client mr sushil kumar ks on[protected]. As per customer confirmation, the said hotel was not as per specification provided on cleartrip portal. Customer immedietly cancelled the booking & shifted to some other hotel at hyderabad. As per customer complaint, we have intimated the same to cleartrip customer care over phone & they assured for the total refund. Same statement we have promised to our customer & later refunded the amount. But after repeated followup with cleartrip, the said amount was not refunded yet. I. E. 11424/-

                              Erroneously cancelled trip id[protected] at 9.15pm on 28.02.2020 and informed clear trip team mr. Rahul at 9.30pm same day and requested to re-instate the booking. Mr. Rahul promised to contact us back but not response until 29.02.2020 until we call them on dubai tel.[protected]. On 29.02.2020 at 6.38pm i have contacted mr. Mayursh and he has hesitated to provide contact details of expedia, your third party who arranged hotel booking and also stated that no response from expedia for the request to reinstate the cancelled hotel booking. When i contacted kingsgate hotel, they have no details regarding any request from clear trip or their agent to reinstate the hotel booking. I have requested mr. Mayursh to provide contact details of expedia but declined to provide and also denied to provide any reference number/email communication between expedia & kingsgate hotel. Further mr. Mayursh has declined to connect to his supervisor.
                              I am so disappointed with such an irresponsible service from the clear trip team even though i am dealing with clear trip more than 4 years. Highly appreciate to arrange with hotel to reinstate the booking tomorrow onwards urgently. If it is not possible, please arrange to refund the amount aed 599 as soon as possible. Please contact me [protected] if any details required from me.

                              No action taken by Clear trip team. On 29.02.2020 at 6.38pm I have contacted Mr. Mayursh and he has hesitated to provide contact details of Expedia, your third party who arranged hotel booking and also stated that no response from Expedia for the request to reinstate the cancelled hotel booking. When I contacted Kingsgate Hotel, they have no details regarding any request from clear trip or their agent to reinstate the hotel booking. I have requested Mr. Mayursh to provide contact details of Expedia but declined to provide and also denied to provide any reference number/email communication between Expedia & Kingsgate Hotel. Further Mr. Mayursh has declined to connect to his supervisor. I am so disappointed with such an irresponsible service from the clear trip team even though I am dealing with clear trip more than 4 years. Highly appreciate to arrange with Hotel to reinstate the booking tomorrow onwards urgently. If it is not possible, please arrange to refund the amount AED 599 as soon as possible.                                 I have booked ticket from dibrugarh to nagpur on 23.01.2020 under flexifare
                                With trip id is[protected] for my cousin mr. Nilay and rescheduled for 28.01.2020 by calling to customer care executive mr. Kumar sutar and they told me that the fare difference and charges which i have paid is refundable under flexifare after completion of the trip. Later the trip i called for my refund amount they told me that it will be taken care by digit insurance and they forwarded the case to them as per their tie-up with digit insurance, so i will have to wait. After few days i got an email form digit insurance that i preponed my trip so i am not eligible for refund. I immediately replied with correction and called cleartrip and digit insurance too. But they asked me to wait. And thereon i have been calling them and asked for the refund still they say i will have to wait. This is really unprofessional attitude and work. And they dont even email and call regarding update and fool me that we will call you and email you. Its an harassment.

                                  I accidently created an account on Cleartrip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't cleartrip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                                  This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                                  I have booked a flight ticket from cleartrip and on 17th february 2020 i have cancelled the trip and i got a mail from cleartrip that rs 22045 will be refunded to me in 5-7 working days.
                                  Since then i am following and today is the 7th day and when i contacted them again they are saying that it will take time.
                                  When i call them and tweet them they said on 27th feb it will refunded but till now no refund and no one is replying
                                  When i contacted on twitter earlier they said it will be refund on 27th feb now they are saying 29th feb everytime they are increasing the day.
                                  I request you to please help me

                                    Hello,

                                    I've booked a ticket dated: 1 dec 2019, trip id: [protected]. Later that day, i called the cleartrip customer care to inquire about the cancellation refund amount and rescheduling possibility.

                                    The agent name: reem (R. [protected]@flyin.com) attended my call and said she doesn't suggest to cancel the flight but will get back to me after checking the possibility for rescheduling.

                                    After a few hours she called me and said by mistake she rescheduled my flight to 30 jan 2020 without my confirmation. I told her, i need same flight of 1 dec 2019 but she said it's not possible to again reschedule back in spite, she herself rescheduled to 30 jan 2020.

                                    After several discussions, she told me to reschedule by myself and pay extra charges that will be refunded to my account. She wrote me a confirmation mail then rescheduled the flight. Since then she is not answering my call and blocked my email address.

                                    I want the action to be taken within the next hours otherwise, i'll file a legal complaint (I've got the call recordings and confirmation with the above email address)

                                      I am writing to you regarding the refunding of the ticket fare for trip *and *. Since the first time it showned payment unsuccessful i tried for the second time and same amount was deducted two times. Since both these payment were unsuccessful and for the same amount was deducted from my account on 18 feb 2020. And till now i have been waiting for the refunding. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Consider this as important and do the necessary at the earliest.
