Erroneously cancelled trip id[protected] at 9.15pm on 28.02.2020 and informed clear trip team mr. Rahul at 9.30pm same day and requested to re-instate the booking. Mr. Rahul promised to contact us back but not response until 29.02.2020 until we call them on dubai tel.[protected]. On 29.02.2020 at 6.38pm i have contacted mr. Mayursh and he has hesitated to provide contact details of expedia, your third party who arranged hotel booking and also stated that no response from expedia for the request to reinstate the cancelled hotel booking. When i contacted kingsgate hotel, they have no details regarding any request from clear trip or their agent to reinstate the hotel booking. I have requested mr. Mayursh to provide contact details of expedia but declined to provide and also denied to provide any reference number/email communication between expedia & kingsgate hotel. Further mr. Mayursh has declined to connect to his supervisor.
I am so disappointed with such an irresponsible service from the clear trip team even though i am dealing with clear trip more than 4 years. Highly appreciate to arrange with hotel to reinstate the booking tomorrow onwards urgently. If it is not possible, please arrange to refund the amount aed 599 as soon as possible.
