[Resolved] Cleartrip — fraud after payment

Before i booked many tickets successfully.
But yesterday on[protected] i booked one ticket through clear trip from bhubaneswar to mumbai for[protected] on indigo flight. The process was correct till the payment option. Then after log in by the process to my net banking, the amount 6453 rupees deducted and transferred successfully. But clear trip didn't issue the ticket itinerary or any message or no refund till now. After given the feedback i got a mail only with a case id 03323500, but no any other response from clear trip.

Complaint marked as Resolved

After mailing to the customer support they replied after two days with the trip id deatils which was generated later on and thr money refunding process started before 5 days & today i got the refund amount in my account.

ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Narayan Boxi Calling to the customer service is no use as at first they are asking for the trip id, but after successfully payment clear trip didn't issue the ticket or trip id. So how i can tell the trip id where the itinerary is not issued at all.

Updated by Narayan Boxi Today i got a mail that the trip is failed under Trip ID's: [protected] and [protected].
Then when the money could be refund...Please take into action asap.
