Sir first of all there is an option present in flight cancellation that if i want my refund back as the flight is cancelled by airlines itself.
So it's not from customer side it's clearly means it's from airline side due to which i choose that option as no action was taken by airlines side and as i booked through your side so it's your responsibility to check the matter,
But without confirming from airlines you deducted all the money.
It's shows you are not helping any of your customer whenever these kinds of naunces issues happens or created by airlines.
Why one should suffer.
Solve it as soon as possible.

Further, we would like to inform you that full refund has been processed on 28 july, 2017 to your travel agents invoice. We would request you to contact your travel agent for the same.

So now it's complete responsiblity of cleartrip to refund full amount as goair have confirmed from their side.
I hope cleartrip will do this process as soon according to the mention date.

I informed and called too.
They said in two days we will definitely send the amount. But still no response from their side.
Now everything had been cleared still why there is a delay from your side.
