Dear sir/ ma'm This is in reference to flight ticket booked through your portal frgorakhpur to kolkata dt 07.10.2017 and i /we wewre informed by the spice jet that the flight has been cancelled. However we have not received the full refund. The spice jet authority were contacted and following reply has been obtained. You are requested to refund the full amount and appraise the development.
