Cleartrip — jet airways refund issue of international flight

I had booked a flight from singapore to delhi dated 14th april 2019 (Trip id[protected] via jet airways. This jet airways flight 9w -19 got cancelled and still we have not recieved any refund of the cancellation.. I have been following up on the refund issue since 6 months, still no update from clear trip. It was huge amount, i need the refund as soon as possible.
Kindly help me with the refund status as i had to incur huge expense in booking one day flight
