Dear Madam/Sir, Myself Aishvi Shah, I am your consumer. Yesterday I was trying to book tickets from Goa to Ahmedabad from your App. Booking date of ticket: 30th July 2017. Flight: Jet Airways Flight timing: 04:30 to 9:15 Due some network problem payment is not done & payment mode showing failed. This showed in the App but money was deducted from my account. I didn't get ticket information but my amount is debited by you as per attached report from bank. So I request you to kindly return my amount in my bank.
