On 09/01/2020 booked ticket id no[protected] from trivandrum to visakapatanam indigo flight to deepu m nair and paid rs.13140/- canarara bank credit card as well as sbi debit card . both amount has been deducted .and i request to you, if both payment has received your office or otherwise.in view of above after morethan 25 days the unpaid amount not refunded the payee account. Hence I request to you. please verify the matter and confirm receipt of the amount .
