Cleartrip — no ticket received against payment

I, shomnath adhikary, date of birth -13.02.1965. Have made payment of rs 1634/- through sbi net banking today 08.01.2019, at around 1.39 am, but no ticket has been delivered to me.
My message from bank, and transaction enquiry shows money deducted for payment to cleartrip account.
My bank account no. Ending with *9767.
Please refund the amount to my bank account.
