[Resolved] Cleartrip — Payment not successful message but ticket was booked | |||
Hi, Trip ID: [protected] I would like to elaborate the issue: During booking this ticket, I choose payment by Credit card option. After the payment page (entering OTP etc) when I was redirected to the cleartrip website it said that the payment was unsuccessful. After few hours I am getting an email from cleartrip that the confirmation of the ticket is in process. So I tried calling your customer support number for cancellation (as payment was not done) but no response from that side too (no one picked up my call - this was not expected from cleartrip !!!). I had called in order to cancel the ticket since it was not booked and payment was unsuccessful. Once the payment is not done ideally the ticket should not be booked. Also before booking the ticket cleartrip should have called me to verify and confirm. Due to mistake by cleartrip, I want full refund of my money. Please respond. automated email from the website informing you about the cancellation
