Cleartrip — refund for cancellation of flight ticket

Sir i have booked flight ticket from hyderabad to beharine today morning at 08.30 for 15.00 flight worth rs12435 via paytm. Due to some personal problems i could not able to catch the flight. So i wanted to cancel the flight ticket. When i asked for customer care for cancellation, they have connected to clear trip people. Clear trip executive miss.
