Cleartrip — refund for flight cancellation.

I booked a ticket with cleartip from goa to ljubljana - trip id[protected]
Now, due to the corona virus, the ticket has been cancelled by the airlines.
When i booked the ticket with cleartrip, the transaction didnt go through online, and so a cleartrip representative helped me to book the ticket over the phone. As a result i cannot claim the refund via the cleartrip website. I have proof of payment in the ticket. Please can you advise me how i can get the refund. I have tried calling cleartrip helpline but i cannot get through. Thank you
