I have cancelled my flight via cleartrip on 13/03/2020 since the airline air india rescheduled my flight without my approval. I received an email from cleartrip customer service saying that i will recieve my refund of rs 45386 by 28/03/2020 which i have not yet received. The airline and cleartrip customer service do not respond and they are saying that it will take 60 days more for refund. I need this money urgently as required for my daily chores due to lockdown. Please help and resolve this issue

    I had booked a flight from cleartrip on 23march, 2020 from prayagraj to mumbai pnr: xqnz5r which i later rescheduled due to a change in plan on 5thapril, 2020 which i was charged rs5660/- rescheduling charges as now the flight is cancelled by airline due to covid-19 i received a credit shell from airline of rs8360/- i asked them to reschedule but they insist me to contact cleartrip as i forwarded my request to cleartrip with the credit note of indigo for refund they are telling me that the refund will initiated within 60days which is almost two months how will i manage another booking as i am running out of money and they are responding in this way i need a full refund as soon as possible by cleartrip & indigo

    My trip ID[protected], chennai to madurai date on 28/04/2020 but unfortunately the flight was canceled on that time, then i try to cancel my ticket, refund amount its showing Rs.0 why, so i want to cancel ticket with my full refund please. i am waiting reply from you.
    My trip id[protected] from Kolkata to Dibrugarh has been cancelled on 28/03/2020 and credit note received from the Indigo airlines, but Cleartrip is showing my credit shell will be refunded on 26th May 2020. This is so very unprofessional and worst of Cleartrip and it's services. We must move to consumer court against this.

      I booked a ticket with cleartip from goa to ljubljana - trip id[protected]
      Now, due to the corona virus, the ticket has been cancelled by the airlines.
      When i booked the ticket with cleartrip, the transaction didnt go through online, and so a cleartrip representative helped me to book the ticket over the phone. As a result i cannot claim the refund via the cleartrip website. I have proof of payment in the ticket. Please can...

      I booked indigo6e flight from bangalore-nagpur and back through cleartrip.
      All the flights have been cancelled because of covid-19.
      Cleartrip is not offering refund for indigo6e flights. Indigo6e is also not offering refund saying that cleartrip should be the one to provide refund.

      Cleartrip or indigo has to refund the money.
      Are you stranded with no refund? Comment here and we'll get in touch with you. We're preparing to forward refund complaints to the national consumer disputes redressal commission against cleartrip. You're eligible if the airlines or booking agency has refused a full refund to your original mode of payment.

        I have booked a flight tiket from pune to banglore and banglore to pune through clear trip. I have cancelled my tickets because all the hotels and city is completely shut down due to the covid 19.

        I have contacted amazon and they confirmed that as per thr govt. Instructions you're eligible to receive a complete refund for both the tickets so i have cancelled the tickets and i haven't received my refund yet.

        One of the executive from clear trip mr jitendra dutt has informed me that he has initiated a complete refund for both the tickets and also sent me an e-mail confirmation as well but still i havent received any refund and as per the e mail the refund has been processed on 19th march but now they're denying to issue a refund.

        Please look. Into this as its not a small amount.

          My cleartrip i'd is[protected] and pnr no-
          Bgvbyh. Due to covid19 lockdown don't reached airport restricted by police. So my ticket is cancelled but my refund amount is not credit in my account. It is very bad activity by cleartrip. So as soon as possible my amount refund in my account. This is very bad activity by refunded amount it is very bad impression cleartrip for customers. So as soon as possible me refund is return to my account

            I had booked round trip flight ticket through cleartrip with Trip ID[protected] from Ranchi to Bangalore.however the airlines had resheduled the flight by more than 3 hrs and had given an option to cancel with complete refund.the cleartrip had forwarded normal cancellation inspite of resheduled cancellation and charged me full cancellation fee.there is no facility to speak to customer care.i emailed them too but it was not delivered no means to communicate my issue.

                3) covid 19 lockdown instituted in india till apr 14 by prime minister on 24th march

                4) called cleartrip support but i was kept on hold and no response

                5) there is no refund or policy available for covid 19 lockdown on cleartrip app or website, nor is there any information provided by cleartrip.

                6) i mailed cleartrip customer care asking support, and i was mailed back that they could change dates of my travel. I asked to provide me an open ticket so i could choose the dates when the covid 19 situation becomes clear from the government.

                7) cleartrip support mailed back saying my flight has been made "open" and i could choose another flight date. However, there was no link nor was there any complaint number given for reference. On asking for a complaint number i stopped getting replies altogether.

                8) on 28th march i started receiving mails and messages from cleartrip stating that my flight is on 2nd april from delhi to toronto and on 11th apr from toronto to delhi as per the above itenary

                9) this means there has been no change in my status and cleartrip is keeping my money without providing any service.

                10) on trying to contact airlines, i have received feedback that since i have booked a flight through cleartrip, i should reahc out to them for cancellation and refunds

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I am writing to you in connection with the flight : goair flight g8-384 from mumbai (Bom) to goa (Goi) on[protected] at 22:10 hrs is cancelled.
                      I had booked 5 tickets and require full refund for the same since it has clearly been mentioned in airline policies full refund can be claimed. Also i would like to mention that customer support is not responding to my calls.
                      I have been trying to contact cleartrip past 10 days. Even their app doesnt work properly so cant do anything online like cancellation as it doesnt display refund amount and sometimes displays error message.
                      Please ensure full refund is done.

                      Please respond asap. Kindly find the error message attatchment which appears on cleartrip app.
                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                          My query to cleartrip :

                          With respect to the above trip (Id[protected] cancellation and confirmations from indigo airlines that the cancellation charges are rs.1410/- (Pnr: enrlmx) and rs. 1388/- (Pnr: yfkk3f).

                          Please clarify the following 1. Was my ticket a non-refundable one?

                          2. I was forced to cancel my outward trip on 30th march 2020 as all the flights have been barred by the government of india due to covid-19 (Corona virus) issue and, therefore, it is obvious that indigo airlines cannot operate that flight on 30th march 2020 and will have to cancel it (Although i am yet to receive any explicit notification from indigo airlines).

                          Then it is unfair to deduct rs.1410/- for the bom-blr flight (6e 236 with pnr enrlmx).

                            Sir, i had booked a flight from kuwait to jeddah via riyadh 14 may 2020 via cleartrip.com i paid kwd. 58.650 for it. My cleartrip trip id is [[protected]] while trying to check the reservation online, the wrong link got clicked and the reservation was accidentally cancelled. This was done in error. Please reinstate my reservation and allow me to travel on that date. I have already paid for the reservation by debit card and i cannot make any alternate arrangements now. This would cause great discomfort to my family because all of my family members have the same flight. Hence i shall be highly obliged if you could honor my reservation as per the original itinerary.                               Dear all
                              I booked a flight from doha to muscat, then muscat to nairobi early morning 22/03/2020, for 26/03/2020. Your website clearly showed me the results of my flight search, and allowed me to go ahead and book the flight. Unfortunately, in the evening of 22/03/2020, the government of kenya announced they will provide only 72 hours of flights being open in kenya, after which flights will be stopped from entering kenya. I rang cleartrip customer care (Please note, this charged me over qar 60, as it was not a free phone number and i was on hold for over 25 minutes), and requested them to change my flight to arrive in kenya either on 25/03/2020 or before. Unfortunately, they could not find a suitable flight. I then asked for a full or partial refund, this was also declined. After ringing, oman air directly, they informed me, the flight from doha to muscat had already been cancelled by the airline two days earlier!! Which means, why did cleartrip bring up search results of the flight, and why would they allow me to book the flight. I demand a full refund, as it was incorrect information - the data had not been updated. I will also be complaining to oman air regarding the same issues. Unfortunately, it took nearly 2 hours of phone calls to both cleartrip and oman air (Felt like no one was willing to help), before the lady operator informed me of the cancelled flights. My question is why? I want a full refund, as i would not have booked my flights had i known the flights were not operating on the date i originally selected.

                              I gave up on both cleartrip and oman air to provide good customer service, and i booked another flight with qatar airways, whose professionalism and accurate data has never shown a flaw.

                              Please refund me all my money, for trip id:[protected], airline pnr: cxcubm and ticket no:[protected].

                                As per telephonic conversation to-day 19th march, 2020 at 1735, at your phone no. [protected], i got the email id of yours.

                                As per subject cited above 5 kg extra baggage charges were not transferred to spice jet airlines, as a result guest passenger had to pay extra luggage charges again at the counter, which was embracing situation for the guest, and time loss of other passenger standing behind, as spice jet staff at ig international air port t# was not ready to accept the clear trip email showing the charges of extra baggage claimed.

                                You are requested to kindly refund the extra baggage charges around app. Rs. 2445 something to my account without further delay. From 14th march, 2020, 19:00 hrs onwards till date i was trying to get contact with you and there was email id at any of the website, and phone numbers busy dur to extra load of covit 19.

                                Please update your phone numbers on the website and face book.

                                  I have booked tickets for my family to travel to dxb-ccj-dxb sector. The travel date was 7th april and return on 21st april. The booking was made on 24th feb 2020.

                                  The above flight was cancelled by indigo due to corona virus outbreak. And they have sent me an email stating that they will refund the full amount to the flight cancellation. And now cleartrip deducted aed 1938 and returned only aed 453. The total amount charged on my booking was aed 2391.

                                  Cleartrip doesn't have any rights to charge customer for a flight which is cancelled by the airline.

                                  Kindly arrange to resolve the above by refunding the full ticket charge of aed 2391.

                                  I have contacted cleartrip about my refund because I have used another credit card, now it has been replaced wirh new one, my problem is how can I receive my refund if the credit card has already been replaced with another one. please contact mw. [protected]

                                    I had initiated cancellation of my spicejet booking (New delhi — kolkata, trip id[protected] on 2nd march through cleartrip customer care. Got a confirmation mail of the request (From [protected]@cleartrp.com) saying the amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days from 2nd march. Again called on 11th march... Again called on 19th march.. Again called on 22nd march.. Cleartrip customer care executives (Chandrika joshi, ankita jaiswal, ajinkya, ashish chutile) provided different reasons on these 4 calls for the amount not being refunded ([protected]@cleartrip.com & [protected]@cleartrip.com)
                                    ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      This is regarding my booking from shirdi to new delhi on 06.04.2020 with the above trip i'd[protected].in this context i have contacted the airline (Spicejet) and they have cancelled my booking with full refund on account of rescheduling the flight by spicejet for more than 7 hours. But i have been trying to contact cleartrip from 5 days but still no reply has been given by them nor an acknowledgement of my complaint has been made. Kindly intervene and resolve the issue at the earliest.
                                      ClearTrip customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My trip id is[protected] am not getting refund back since last two months
