I booked a flight from doha to muscat, then muscat to nairobi early morning 22/03/2020, for 26/03/2020. Your website clearly showed me the results of my flight search, and allowed me to go ahead and book the flight. Unfortunately, in the evening of 22/03/2020, the government of kenya announced they will provide only 72 hours of flights being open in kenya, after which flights will be stopped from entering kenya. I rang cleartrip customer care (Please note, this charged me over qar 60, as it was not a free phone number and i was on hold for over 25 minutes), and requested them to change my flight to arrive in kenya either on 25/03/2020 or before. Unfortunately, they could not find a suitable flight. I then asked for a full or partial refund, this was also declined. After ringing, oman air directly, they informed me, the flight from doha to muscat had already been cancelled by the airline two days earlier!! Which means, why did cleartrip bring up search results of the flight, and why would they allow me to book the flight. I demand a full refund, as it was incorrect information - the data had not been updated. I will also be complaining to oman air regarding the same issues. Unfortunately, it took nearly 2 hours of phone calls to both cleartrip and oman air (Felt like no one was willing to help), before the lady operator informed me of the cancelled flights. My question is why? I want a full refund, as i would not have booked my flights had i known the flights were not operating on the date i originally selected.
I gave up on both cleartrip and oman air to provide good customer service, and i booked another flight with qatar airways, whose professionalism and accurate data has never shown a flaw.

Since my mother is 72, we want to cancel the ticket, due to Corona virus scare.
I am not able to call/mail Cleartrip.
