Cleartrip — refund of trip id[protected]

Didn’t received refund since 1yr & now they people stop responding & deleted data from their website too. Below mails are self explanatory

This mail is with regards to your flight reservation against trip id:[protected].

Please note flight from mumbai to jaipur has been cancelled by jet airways. Hence in this case you can take full refund amount for this booking onward and return as well and make a new booking with other airline as per your requirement.

If you are a registered customer with cleartrip, then you can cancel the reservation online by signing in to your cleartrip account and select flight cancelled by airline for full refund.

Please follow the below mentioned steps to cancel your booking online:

1. Log in to your cleartrip account by clicking on the 'sign in' link on the top right corner of the page.
2. Fill in your username and password on the subsequent page.
3. All your upcoming trips are listed towards the top of your account page. Pick the one you want to cancel and hit the trip id associated with it.
4. Hit 'cancellations' on the trip details page to get started.
5. Select the passengers & click on “review cancellation”
6. Once confirmed, click on “yes, cancel now”.

Alternatively you may also call us on (+91) [protected] (Standard std / local charges apply) and our customer care representative will help you with the cancellation.

Once the booking is cancelled on our system the applicable refund amount shall be credited to the same account/card used at the time of booking, within 21 working days depending on your issuing bank.
