Cleartrip — Refund partial amount | |||||
Hi, I have booked air ticket through Cleartrip website Trip id[protected] PNR:- Y93BNF. And cancelled within 24 hours of the ticket booking. I have booked this on 12th of June 2020. And booked for the day 15th of June 2020. But as per lockdown (Covid) guidelines was not cleared to me that time.so I cancelled these tickets on 13th of June 2020 in morning. As well govt also declared that time those passangers who have booked flight tickets that time and cancelled will get full refund of that charged amount. But I am facing to get complete refund of charged amounts. I don't know how much Spicejet or Cleartrip refunded to me. I have cancelled my ticekts on time. Even though Spicejet denying that u have cancelled your tickets. I have provided all the documents related to cancelled tickets. The both companies Spicejet and Cleartrip sent me a letter that we have refunded ₹0.00 for your booked tickets. Till 7 or 8 months I got only this response from there side. But suddenly in the month of Dec 2020 I have received a letter we have computed this amount, And they have refunded partial amount of my booked tickets.
