Cleartrip — Request to air ticket refund

My family trip to uae has been cancelled due to covid-19 and all flights have been cancelled. The travelling dates was 01-apr-2020 (Cok-auh) and 30-may-2020 (Auh-cok)
After several attempts i could talk to the clear trip customer support personnel on 07-jun-2020 regarding my air tickets refund and the customer support lady agreed to giving me the complete amount of cok-auh fare received from indigo airlines (Find attachment sent by indigo to me), and also said the payment received from indigo airlines will be paid back by 60days (Kindly pay back asap it could be great help).
The flight from auh-cok fare / tickets will be open until sep-2020 for rescheduling the tickets as agreed by the customer support, but i have checked the etihad airline they have changed the date of modification please clarify the new rescheduling date.
By all the above details the customer support lady had agreed to sending the email on 7-jun-2020 still not received kindly do the needful.
