Dear cleartrip i receive your email regarding my compalin and i recieve also a message from saudi airline regarding my compalin and they told me to contact you guys.
And also i have neighbors that purchase there ticket with you there flight is march 20, 2020 there flights cancelled by saudi airline also as soon as they recieve the email from saudi airline that the flight was cancelled due to covid they requested refund on you and they get there refund on march 22, 2020 what's the difference between them and mine as soon as i receive the email also march 14, 2020, i already requested refund to you but until now i'm not receiving my refund 3months i've waited and for them 2weeks you refund already that is why i don't believe that the problem was on saudi airline side because if it's from airline side my neighbors did not get there refund back.

    I have been going to and fro with cleartrip since 3 months now about our cancelled flight and they have not responded at all. Emirates cancelled our flight to the us in march 2020. We also cancelled out flight on the cleartrip app right then after speaking with emirates call centre who had confirmed a full refund.

    At that time when emirates cancelled the flights, i was informed categorically by the airlines directly that we are eligible for a full refund and that we should ask cleartrip to initiate the same.

    Without our permission cleartrip converted this to an open ticket and in spite of writing to them repeatedly to simply refund, they kept ignoring our mail / message.

    We always asked for a full cancellation and refund since march 2020. We are just fed up of writing this again and again.

    I am truly feeling cheated out of my money by cleartrip.

    Simply cannot understand this absolute lack of integrity and honesty on the part of cleartrip. Please let me know who i can speak with about my issue. I need to speak with a senior authority now, things have gotten out of hand.

          I booked an air ticket from chennai to coimbatore on 21.03.2020 in the name of my son m. Julien britto. An amount of rs. 3677 was debited. Pnr was not generated and i received a message payment unsuccessful. Refund will be given within 3-12 working days. Please reach out to your bank.
          From april 2nd 2020, i am continuous following up with my home branch, kotak mahindra bank, coimbatore for refund. I lodged a complaint in kotak customer care. Today[protected], i received a message, "your dispute regarding the online transaction has been rejected as the amount is settled in the merchants account.
          Hence i am requesting you to refund the amount to me.

            Flight has been cancelled by cleartrip and confirmed through mail assuring the refund within 5-7 days. Then informed in twitter about 60 working days time frame.
            Its been 100 days now. They are sending some auto replies giving excuse of covid. No excuse on earth can validation about more than 100 days refund time frame.

              Hello, I booked an international flight with jetairways last year from Cleartrip.
              The flight got cancelled and airlines made full refund to Cleartrip. Even after confirming that they would refund in full amount within 45 days. I haven't still received any thing.
              Since the Covid now, they have removed there contact number as well as their email is invalid. There is no way to contact them.

                Hi,
                I had booked flight tickets through clear trip for Kerala in the month of March 2020 . My flight tickets were for April 10th 2020, to kochi from Pune and back on 18th to Pune.
                Since the lockdown was enforced all over india, flights didn’t take off . I was initially send credit notes by airline ( indigo ) . I had spoken to spiceHey customer care, they had also confirmed full credit over the phone and I could use this within a year to fly any destination, this was way back in April. I couple of days back I.e June 9th. received communication from Cleartrip that they have issued refund after deducting airline cancellation charges and Cleartrip convenience charge. The amount that I had paid for the tickets was Rs. 43000 and the refund issued is mere 23130. I fail to understand that if the flights didn’t take off then why am I penalised. I should ideally be issued a full refund.

                  I had booking through cleartrip for an air trip between kochi and hyderabad as detailed below.
                  Kochi-hyderabad, pnr-bu2tms - 6 passengers
                  Hyderabad-bengaluru & bengaluru-kochi, pnr-s9brfe - 6 passengers
                  Both the flights cancelled due to the outbreak of corona virus and i had submitted refund request vide case nos: 51317660, [protected].
                  Till this date no refund is seen reflected in my account.
                  Please take urgent steps

                    This is to inform that i had a trip with my family booked via cleartrip by airindia from visakhapatnam to newdelhi for the[protected]. Unfortunately due to covid-19 lockdown the flights were cancelled and hence my journey. I was promised full refund would credit into account on[protected] at 12:03 pm. But this was not done despite my repeated mails they have not taken action also in the app every time they say our executive will call in 1 hour it’s been 7 days i have filled my query to them almost 40 times yet no response. They have caused me a great amount of mental torture.

                        I am complaining against cleartrip company for not providing refund for trip ids[protected],[protected] and[protected] booked in march first week. Company's customer care is not responding on phone. Response is only by digital email means which is standard message and not at all satisfactory. Please provide proper customer care channel to address customers query.

                            My mom was stranded due to covid lockdowns for more than 2 months and hence i was desperately looking for booking a ticket with amending option because applying tn epass required us to book the ticket upfront. After several searches, i booked spicejet 20:25 delhi to chennai ticket on cleartrip website with flexifly (Digit insurance) so that i can amend the ticket if required. Finally when a need came the website would not let me amend, asks to contact +[protected] which says temporarily blocked. No email to contact. Their support is auto chatbot which loops and finally was able to submit a feedback where i typed in the issue and requested to change the flight to different airline on same day. There was no terms and conditions said that the change is possible only within same airline. Digit insurance also confirmed that we change the ticket to different airline but cleartrip continuosly denies and cheated me. Since i also suggested other passengers totally three o[censored]s were cheated. Thats when i wanted to bring it to public so that others can at least be made aware of. Please dont buy cleartrip ticket because of flexify option. It doesnt work at the hour of need.

                              An airline ticket purchased on cleartrip from new delhi to united states was canceled in early march. On march 5 cleartrip said it would be 30 days.in early april they said it would be another 30 days.in recent times i was told that it would be deposited in my account within 2 or 3 days. 8 days later i bring this to their attention in an email and they say another 7.

                              There is definitely something wrong with this – bad business. They had two months during the lockdown to solve these problems.

                              This kind of behavior will lead to their own demise. I am glad i came to consumer complaints to recognize there are so many unhappy customers, i am not alone.

                              I purchased an airline ticket on expedia three weeks ago. It was canceled several days later, and expedia solved the problem within a week. Total time beginning to end – 10 days. They will be getting my business now.

                              Several days after writing the original complaint I get a very pretty and glossy email from Cleartrip stating that my refund will be done by the end of June. That will have been four months.

                              I have heard this twice before but each time it was my refund will be ready in three or four days, that was late May and early June.

                              This company really does not understand the damage it is doing to itself by making promises that they cannot keep. This is unfortunate. Using the coronavirus as an excuse when they had almost 0 bookings for two months speaks volumes.
                              Here is a copy of my latest email to Cleartip;

                              First I am told it will be 30 days to refund from March 5.
                              Then I am told it will be 60 days to refund from March 6.
                              On May 6 I am told that it will be 5 to 7 working days
                              Then I am told on May 28 that it will be 24 to 48 hours.
                              On June 6 I am told it will be 5 to 6 days.
                              On June 11 I am sent a brand-new spanking pretty computer-generated email that payment  will be June 30.
                              Can you see that there may be something wrong with this?
                               Let's get this done. I mean done.

                                Ticket was cancelled with trip i'd[protected] on 24 march for kolkata to tabuk. No refund have been yet processed with an excuse that airlines have not refunded.

                                  I booked 8 tickets from cleartrip for dubai to kochi and return. Had to cancel the tickets due to corona. Had done the cancellation on march 2020. However till now, no payment has been made neither anyone has called me from cleartrip. I am calling them lamost everyday, and all executives are asking to wait for 24 hrs to process and nothing happens.
                                  I investigated with the airline directly and spicejet and airindia express have confirmed in email that they have already refunded the money to cleartrip one month back. However cleartrip says they haven't received the money.
                                  My total loss till now is 80k inr. Dont know what to do, i have been clearly cheated : (. Is it spice jet /airindia or cleartrip lying. They are pushing me to each other.

                                      I have booked ticket twice from hyderabad to varanasi.
                                      First time i booked, the airline cancelled the ticket and told that amount is protected in credit shell.
                                      Again second time when i was booking my ticket for 1st june i was not able to book my ticket by using credit shell as it showed no amount linked to the ticket.
                                      Hence i decided to deal with it later and booked another ticket for first june early morning ticket. Again they cancelled from the airline side.
                                      Now when i am trying to use both the pnr, i am not able to book the ticket using the pnr.
                                      Also their customer care assistance is trying to neglect complaints by not allowing to connect to customer care executives.
                                      @cleartrip are your trying to cheat the customers by not responding.
                                      Are we fools to book ticket everytime and store money in credit shell and not being allowed to use it.
