Cleartrip — spelling correction in air ticket

I have booked domestic and international tickets through cleartrip on 04 april. Within ten minutes of my booking, i realised that i have made a mistake in my son's name. The ticket reads arju instead of arjun. I straightway informed cleartrip. For past fifteen days, i have made over hundred calls and emails to cleartrip to amend the name which they have denied stating that malaysian airlines has declined whereas i have a copy of emails where malaysian airlines is asking the travel agency to initiate the process. I feel frustrated to no end a very simple task is being complicated by quoting some rules. Cleartrip is also not sharing the mail with malaysian airlines. Malaysian airlines on the site itself have a provision to correct the name by paying nominal fees my clear trip id is[protected]

Apart of the previosly explained related to the introduction dozens of times, for example here [ https://tinyurl.com/y4g9lbb9 ] at this site:-

Error or ommission in letters of the last name or of the given name of the passenger, which had been declared for the ractification in PNR,
can not be a reason for the refusal of the registration for the flight,
if the passenger requested the correction of his / her name BEFORE the boarding,
at CHECKIN including.

This rule is not observed by most of the Asian air carrirs, not by Indian air carrier only.
The illegal demand - to refuse of the correction of the name at checkin procedure -
happanes in India, because of the pure training of the servants of the Aviation Authority of India, which provide the agents for checkin procedure.

Teachnically, defenately any operator of the Malsyan airlines is able to make the correction o[censored]p to 3 errors in the passenger full name within 30 seconds. And the passenger must not pay for the ractification of his / her own name in PNR never in India.

In 99, 99 % (1 chance from 10000) the error of 1 letter in the name will not be taken in account during the checkin / boarding in all international airports.

Or, in other words, the passenger ARJUN can pass with his boarding pass, which produces given name ARJU, to the boarding.

Nevertheless, the desribed acts of this travel agent, if supported by evidences,
is a direct a breach of the civil right of the pasenger.
And the passenger can expect compenstaion, if she / he pushes the case to the court.
