It is not clear, what is a reason of refund. If the flight wa cancelled by the air carrier, the unknown represetative of the air carrier has cheated you.

I wonder of the response of the reprsentative of the operator cleartrip.com .

    On 5th december 2018 i have cancelled the flight ticket from bhubaneswar to trivandrum bearing the pnr no mj56vn of indigo flight scheduled to departure on 6th january at 8.35 a. M from bhubaneswar biju pattnaik international airport. But till date the refund amount has not been deposited in my account. Plz. Check the status and do the needful for refund of the same to my account.

      Such complaint can not be process legally by anyone, as it is not legally binding and no attached documents are seen, herein:-

      1. No name of each passengre / customer,

      2. No address, no contact information, no account number,

      3. No Jet airways etickets starting with 589 - or the other payment document,

      4. No text of the primary 1st complaint, which according the author, might be submitted to the responder

      6. The reason, why must anyone (operator of cleartrip.com) pay to the passenger?

      In addition,

      - the valid CNJGDR does not exist

      - from 17 April 2019 the Jet airways suspended all operations.

      If passenger have not got the expected refund or the expected compensation in 10 days days fololwing the notice of the cancelattion or following the passenger legally binding complaint,
      the passenger has 2 choices:

      1. To forget about any refund or the compensation in order to save the nerve system
      or

      2. To collect at least 300AED for the payment of the legal services of the legal professinal or of the lawyer (more expencive) and for the government fees.

      Such legal professional, whom the passnger is due to pay, can

      - explain, what the customer is entitled to in a particular situation, based on all documents in his possesion,
      - submit the complaint to the correct authority or the law suit to the distrcit court of the state in India or to the authority / court o[censored]AE,
      depending upon the wish and upon the residing addreess of the passenger (absent),
      in order to get judgemnt (award) in the favor of the passenger.

        I have booked a ticket on 13th of March 2019 from Mumbai to Bangalore for two passengers on Cleartrip for an amount of Rs 11766.Trip id is[protected]. However, the name I entered there was wrong and I immediately called the Cleartrip customer care for support and I was told to make a new booking on the same airline with the correct name and cancel the old ticket with the airline as well as Cleartrip and I would be getting the full refund amount. So I booked a new ticket with correct names within 10 mins as I was advised by Cleartrip and cancelled the ticket with both the airline as well as with Cleartrip. Nevertheless, Cleartrip only refunded me Rs 4606, that is less than half the money and as I checked with airlines and came to know that they have refunded the full amount to Cleartrip. Its been a month since this incident and the remaining amount of Rs 7160 is not been refunded yet, despite of the meticulous attempts made through calls and e-maiIs to the customer support team, but they seem to be fraudulent and hesitant to refund the remaining money.i would like to get the remaining refund .Thanks.

          Dear Team,

          I have penned this mail with deep ordeal because of the delays by CLEARTRIP..

          Following to the below mail that had been sent to me on 17th March 2019 for the cancellation of my ticket which was scheduled for Dubai to Goa via Mumbai.

          The ticket had to be revocked since the jet airways cancelled the said scheduled flights and I did not get any rescheduled ticket as per my suitable timings.

          I had been advised by the customer care agent that the refund will be credited back to credit card within 6-7 working days.
          Alas!It has been exactly one month now and I am still following up with the call centre.

          I had been told everytime that it would take another 21 days, then 30 days, 45 days and so on.

          Is this the professional response am I supposed to get from the ageency like Cleartrip??

          I had always trusted your company for booking tickets but had never thought that cancelling and getting refund of the tickets will be such a big issue with your company.

          One of my friends warned me long back that the refund process with cleartrip would usually give hard time to customers/passengers.And finally I got to face it.

          I hope this message will be responded back and the issue will be resolved sooner

However the internet connection was interrupted and the transaction status was showing as failed.
            Shortly afterwards i called a cleartrip agent asking me to repeat the payment by using trip id. And he said transaction got failed and it will...

              Trip ID [protected] was the booking transaction my husband made with Cleartrip for flight booking. In Feb, he applied for a refund through Cleartrip.
              Pnr was OLQJC8 - when checked with Airline, money was refunded on 13th Feb. But cleartrip hasnt processed the refund yet. Kindly expedite and resolve the issue. Attached is the proof of refund from Airline.

This is to inform you that on 8/04/19 i had tried to book a train ticket from kolkata to chennai...after puting all details, while on process money got deducted from my UBI bank but booking got failed.There showed session got expired

                    I have booked an airticket with cleartrip in the name of my wife, mrs geeta mago for the sector delhi - sydney - delhi. Confirmed ticket was issued by cleartrip. She travelled by qantas 3960 on 28 february 2019. She has to return on 30 april 2019 from sydney, australia. However, i have been notified by cleartrip that the flight qantas 117 from hong kong to delhi has been cancelled and we have to contact cleartrip to reschedule the ticket. However, despite my repeated calls with different executives in clear trip, the rescheduled ticket has not been sent to me.

                    It has been confirmed by the clear trip executives that flight has been scheduled, but i have not received the ticket yet. My repeated calls to clear trip are ignored. My call is put on hold and forced to wait for hours. If attended lame excuses and false commitments are made. I am calling cleartrip customer care everyday and reaching nowhere after wasting my time and energy. They have no respect for customers.

                    I seek your support to resolve this issue now to avert last minute pressure.

                        I was booking tickets from shanghai-xi'an on 11th april 2019 and while doing the transaction it was showing failure message and money rs 19119 diducted from my account at same time. Multiple time i have tried, to contact customer service but they are asking me to provide trip i'd. How can someone provide trip id when booking get declined by website.

                        I want them to return my hard earned money back.

                          My pnr no. Is jd55vs which has been modified twice and finally cancelled on 3rd april'2019.

                          Name of the pax if ms. Kajal ghosh who is my spouse.

                          I am having hdfc regalia card and the booking has been made from hdfc regalia site and i presume cleartrip is the travel / booking partner of hdfc regalia.

                          Subsequently it has been modified on line for travel on 31/03 through indigo site (Modification option) and then again modified through indigo call center for travel on 04/04.

                          Ultimately, the booking was cancelled on line on 03/04 through indigo site.

                          After cancellation, i am entitled for a refund of inr 2534 which has not yet been credited into my account.

                          Kindly look into the issue and revert.

                          1. Nobody has a duty to respond to an indefinite complaint, to the complaint, which has no evidences of the facts.

                          2. Nobody, except the passenger can see PNR JD55VS,
                          which was cancelled and, thus, which does not present.

                          3. So, in order to conclude, who is right and who is wrong,
                          until processing the case further,
                          the passenger is advised to kindly attach in visible form for the public:-

                          3.1. Primary full PNR JD55VS and relevant e-ticket, where the invoice is inserted,

                          Such documents had to be owned by the passenger, following unidentified payment in unspecified date.

                          3.2. Explanation with date, the exct action and the result of the statement "it has been modified ON LINE for travel... "

                          3.3. 1st complaint, in full, which the passneger addressed to < cleartrip.com > operator .

                          - date (server or email program),

                          - your name, address, email,

                          - name, address (IDs) of the responder,

                          - a reason of the refund,

                          - your exact request,

                          if you wanted to process with the claim at this site.

                          4. The travll agent of the air carrier can
                          - process the refund or the compensation within 7 or within 15 days, following the correct receipt of the complaint of the passenger (of the payer)
                          or
                          - to refuse to process the claim, depending on the quality of the primary complaint.

                          Failure to do so in time by the responder is a reason to initiate a case before the Department General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of ministry of civil aviation in the state of residence of India or
                          to fill the civil suit before the customers / district court in the state of the passenger's home .

                          5. Charges .

                          The procedure before DGCA is free, upon you chose the legal professional for presentation.

                          The procedure before the court is chargabe, starting from Rs 100 or rs 2000 for filing for 1 suit case.

                          The legal assistance can cost from ~6000 rupees, plus government fees of 100 or 2000 rupees,
                          before the customers court or before the district court in the state of the residence of the passenger.

                            The following refund is due to me:-

                            1. Pnr - xmgbwh ; refund amount - 530 (Refund of seat selection charges).

                            2. Pnr - jfeerz ; refund amount - 244 (Refund of passenger service fees for no show on patna - lucknow sector); this is a split pnr from original pnr xmgbwh, booked through cleartrip.

                            3. Passenger names - ratnasheel mishra, alka alka

                            For both the pnr's the money has been refunded from indigo to cleartrip but it has not been sent to me.

                            Hence, kindly credit the refund amount back to my card.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                on 02.04.2019 at 11.15 pm, i tried to book air tickets for 3 persons for journey on 17.04.2019 & return journey on 21.04.2019 by indigo flight at 11.55 am(mumbai-coimbatore)/14.20 pm(coimbatore-mumbai). The payment option was accessed through citibank credit card. While doing my booking, after feeding the otp generated by citibank, the final ticket booking was supposed to be successful, but to my utmost surprise, the error message was flashed and i could not get any trip no./pnr no. Generated or tickets was sms/emailed to my mobile no./email address. Now i understood from the call from citibank executive that you have raised bill for rs.56, 691/- for unsuccessful booking, which is very disgusting.
                                Kindly take note of above issue and solve it expeditiosly. The details of transaction are placed below :

                                  We booked a cruise from cleartrip, paid 4000, and when we reached to the cruise the cruise people informed that the cruise was not in service and was closed for technical reasons and he also mentioned
                                  I have called cleartrip on 5 phone numbers in total but everyone keeps transferring my call to other departments. This is the worst service literally. I am going to file an fir now if i don't get to connect with anyone in 24 hours now.

                                    We have booked return tkt under ms tanisha parakh for ahmadabad to muscat to ahmadabad for 20th march & 8th april by spice jet air.
                                    Due to cancellation of 20th march by airline & we request refund.
                                    Last week i've received credit card statement than i come to know itsrefunded only ro. 28/- whereas i've paid ro. 67 for full tkts.
                                    And ro. 8/- for return, whereas airline said full refunded because she is unable to come, so she cancel the trip.
                                    My wife called spicejet call center & they confirmed to my wife full refund has transfer to clear trip.
                                    And my wife spoke to mr nitin on your call center & he said ok, we will do the needful. Kindly send me confirmation of my balance refund amount by email.

                                    1. Attach: e-ticket or PNR + INVOICE / receipt, which state the sums and currency

                                    2. Give ID of the canceled flight according to PNR: date, number, origin - destination airport, passenger names

                                    3. Specify:
                                    have the air carrier provide dyou with
                                    - the nearest flight till final airport
                                    - hotel,
                                    - drinks + food
                                    following your complaint to them.

                                    4. keep and show copies of your own complain and reply, if given.

                                    Probbaly, you need to "go to" the court, if you need compensation in full.
                                    For such type of dispute regarding the full compensation for 2 pasengers you can expect to hire the lawyer or a legal professional, charges from from Rs 6000, to assist you before the court.

                                    The fair court shall award full compensation and the reasobale expences, which incured.

                                      I have not received my refund against pnr # ttwzly, its been more then 45 days, and clear trip is saying the airline is not responding, where as when i called up the airline the airline says, the agency has to right away refund instead of waiting from the airline, also the airline says if there is any refund query raised the airline provide the refund not more then 7 working days.
