Cleartrip — unreasonable cancellation charges-airline

I booked flight from bangalore to delhi with return and thought of cancelling it for one person. Travel date is 25 october 2019 but still they are deducting full airline amount and returning just rs. Out of rs.10000 which is unreasonable.
