Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket online on 25/2/2018 through irctc online, but that was a failed transaction. Unfortunately, Rs. 710 was debited from my account and so far it has not been settled. I approached the bank several times. They lastly asked me to write a mail to IRCTC informing about the failed transaction.
Please look into the matter and guide me so that I could get my money back. I tried sending mail and also called CC helpline but no response
