On 3/12/2012 i received a call from a sales executive of click2resume.com. She told me that they will forward my resume to a MNC & arrange interviews for me, if i pay Rs. 1000/-. I told her that I would think about it & let her know the next day. She asked me if i could be online at 6.00 pm so that she could explain me all the things. I agreed & was online by 6.00 pm. she called me at exact 6.00 pm. she asked me to open the site on the computer & directed me to the payment page.As i was on that page, I asked her to tell me the name of the companies to which she would forward my resume. she said Tata & zindal group of companies in my state. But as far as i know these companies do not have any manufacturing units in my state. Then she said she will forward my call to her senior for more explanation. Her senior gave some explanations & asked me to pay. He was literally forcing me to pay. I said I need time to think. He said, why have you come here then & raised his voice. He said we have explained you everything & now i have to pay as i have wasted there time. I said i will not pay & if i feel like paying i will go to there website & do that, as i don't need there guidance. He said I will never be able to do it & cut the phone.
After that the girl who had first spoken called & asked me why i was not paying. I told her that her senior's attitude was not good, hence I don't want to go for there services.
I was shocked by the behavior of that senior executive.After that i checked on google for the reviews related to click2resume & i found this website.

Once around one month before i called from click2resume and then told that If i will register with them the will find jobs suitable to me registration charge is 1250 INR and no other charges are there and they will service for a life time they confirmed me that.
then told to register online so i have done so after registration they told me that now you must verify your documents and charge will be 1500 and so i told them "no" as they have not told me before registration.and then i have told them to complain about it.
then last week one call again came and told that job in Johnson and Johnson in Rajasthan which is my preferred location and told for telephonic interview with HR manager in company I done so and passed.then again they told me that I have to give 5500 INR to fulfil my profile and 5500 INR after I join job but I refused to do so i told them till I will not called for personal interview i will not pay.
But location was my prefer d location and i want to shift there it is my dream to shift in Jaipur I thinking about that and again they called me and forced to complete my profile by paying 5500 INR i refused then they offered me that half i.e 2700 INR if i will pay remaining will be cut from my salary when I join so i at least ready to pay that and done as per their instruction online and after paying that he again told me that sir you have to pay remaining money without that you can not complete your profile i refused and warned him that i will go to Indian customer care then he told that nothing can done by India customer care to us and transferred call to there boss i explain him all that then he also told me same and told that no one can complete there profile without paying money then who are you to do so if you want that job then pay more 7500 INR then you will get it.I have told them to give my money back as they told me that remaining money I have to pay after my job confirmed and from salary it will deduct but now they are refusing from that.

sir from the click 2 resume staffs calling every daythere harrassing talking. one month before they told about pay the money 1700 rupees for a god job but after the pay ment they told me again for 7000 more money to pay for job but i tell that i cant do that and i said i got another job but they saying that company will complaint against me please help me sir this is there no [protected] please take action against them

I get a call from click2resume on 13th oct,saturday and my resume is matched to a profile in which fly emirates is looking.
and they asked me to register in their site, I done some clarification through them and he tells by coming 15th oct, monday, arranges for a interview.
I trusted and I registered and all verification amount is also done , total of 8945/- rs. Then I seen the complaints registered in this, I felt I done the wrong. and by monday I contacted them and asked about the job , they told me to wait for one month for the verification purposes. I got irritated and told them pls refund the amount which i paid. They refuse to do that. Now I'm in critical situation. and got mentally too upset. so anybody pls help me to get my money. tell me some suggestions to get my money from that arrogant guys. pls help me out from this problem. Now i realised its a fake company, pls do this mistake in your life. pls help me to get my money.. anybody pls.. contact my number pls pls guys. help me out from this problem.

in first click2resume service people call me and said u have to just 1215 rs and u will get call from our site for the recruitment in MNC companies.
then after paying and registration they said me i[censored] not pay again for cover letter then we can not consider your name for companies. and when you pay for Cover Letter then we will send 5 copies of your resume at your address and no other charges after paying for cover letter.
i ask them 10 to 15 times before paying for cover letter but told me one thing only that you don't need to pay anything after cover letter.
after 20 to 25 days of my payment for cover letter i call them that time they say me to pay for document verification first and then only you will consider for companies interviews.

i got the call from company at around morning 10.am and they told me that your profile has been selected for raymond company
then they told me that you have to be on line with us and you have to pay sum of 1772 rs ok i agree than immediatel after 10 min next call came he told that your resume is not proper I asked why ? he told that we have forward to the company your resume and from the company repled your resume is not proper and we have to make the new resume and for this you have to pay 1500Rs i thought some bit and finally i agreed and nex day again call came you hav to pay 500RS for the cover letter i also paid this
and from paying that money until now no calls come from them, i m reaily very upset how can i be hurry about job and i m not getting my mind to do else of work thinking about this incidence, i cant understand what to do next ?

This is to bring to your notice there is Company. Click2resume Services Private Limited, whose agents call to people and promises for best and Multinational Company Job in India also Gulf and Overseas

I got the call from the agent (Mr. Arun) and the company charged amount from Rs 2550 and also they have more better plans for best assistance.

I made the payment and the there is no further assistance from the last 2 days, No reply on the mail forwarded to their support,
Made the payment through Net - Banking full amount as informed.

It seems the Company is big fraud and they are making huge money from the Innocent, every candidate they request to pay Rs2800/- on call
and advises the best of their knowledge, around more than 30 mins to 1 hour they spent to make understand the best way get select into the company and also advises the different way of company selection.

The Sales agent states they have good tie-up with the Multinational Company and commit to people they get easily selected into the company through the advanced services they offer.

Also, the customer care number (mention on the front page of their website) seems to Toll free number[protected], but its Chargeable (However no where mentioned its Toll free),
At the Night 12.50pm made the call on the mentioned number but it continuously show busy with other customer

TAKEN MONEY FOR GETTING JOB PURPOSE AND SWITCHED OFF THEIR MOBILES

This company provides service by providing job opportunities. Their sales agent namely (rahul) call on my mobile on 28.08.2012 and told me a paid service plan of Rs.1000 for registration for life time in the company for recieving interview call for undisclosed vacancies and said by giving this amount i will get assured job. i have asked him is this the only payment i have to made for the service for life time he said yes then he transfer call to their accounts department their by there instruction i paid Rs.1000 online by my internet banking on 28.08.12 then he ask for further payment of Rs.1796 for the service to be document verified applicant it is required for the service as company required it which was not told me before when i ask the sales agent he says he was not known about this payment after talking to senior of the company vishal, he assures me plz trust me that this is last payment i have to pay after that there is no payment to done. on this assurance i made further payment of Rs. 1796 by my internet banking on 28.08.12 and send the scan copy of documents they required for processing my application and Cv to companies.

Now after 2 days the sales agent vishal again call me for further payment of Rs.1500 for generating user id and password for the process so. i said i am not going to pay this sum as i was assured by rahul your senior officer last time that this is last payment. then he transfer the call to rahul when i ask him he said i have not given you written consent that you dont have to pay any further but after this payment. he said. and if you dont pay this amount you will not get any interview call and also u dont get your money back this is our company rule, this was the total event this company keep the customer in ignorance about the further payment they have to made once you make the payment they ask for more payments. this is trap they form to customer please take necessary action on them.

Plrase ignore my earlier complain as the date was 17th aug'12.kindly find the below mentione incident.On 17th aug'12,I had got a call from representative of click2resume stating that I need to pay only 1000/- and assured me a job of assistant manager in hdfc bank.Next day I not only paid 1000/- but also paid extra around 7000/- for their services.Now its been almost 3 weeks I am not getting proper response from their side.I request you to please help me in getting my total amount refunded plus the harrasment charges.

I,Sunveer singh,engineer in a reputed company received a call regarding job interviews from click2resume.com by their executive Mr. Navneet & Mr.ajay mishra.they called me 5 to 6 times in a day that i have to register on their site so that they can conduct my interview with MNC Company.i registered on their site & paid RS 4233/.but after that they are not providing any service they dont even receive my call or they are charging a lot of money & doing fraud by this kind from a large no. of people very openly.what action should one can take against such ahuge fraud company.

This is to inform you that i have registered my self in click 2 resume services situated at Noida after receving the job call from his side date was[protected] with their executive-Mr-Gaurav kumar that after your registration we will provide you the job in your related fields .As per communication i have paid Rs-1000/ through online after made the payment same time i was received a call from their side that if you want the job then you will have to pay 1793 extra amount for your documents verification it was totally different communication than previous one again i have paid 1793 another amount by online , more than 3 months has finished still i have not received any response from them .
its my humble request to you that kindly take the necessary against this fraud company on this process they are playing the emotions and carrier of many people.

I got a call from Click2Resume services pvt. ltd on 13/07/2012, Mr. Ajay Misra (representative of click2resume services) brief me about their services and told me to register as a member of click2resume services by an amount Rs. 3635.00. In that day he called me 5 times and other representative also described their packages, they asked me whether I am interested in National lavel or international level, I opt. for national level and he committed me with in 15-20 days he will fix an interview in a repted company and finally I agreed to pay. so on 14/07/2012 morning I paid the amount as per their instruction but while registering with them they asking for more money (showing the reason that i have been selected for international leve), when I refused to pay more he was threatening me to blacklist my resume to all companies and I will not able to get the money back which I already paid. I requested him to register me in national level as I already paid the charge for national level, He said it is not possible, I asked him then why he has not told me earlier as I already said that I am interested in India only, even he asked me prefferd cities in India also. His only answer was that it is their company policy.

So friends, beware of such type of phone calls and Click2Resume cheating services Pvt. Ltd.

AFTER ALL PAYMENT NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONSING TO OUR CALLS AND HAVE SWITCHED OFF THEIR MOBILES AND EVEN TOLL FREE NUMBER IS ALSO BUSY AND ALSO CHARGEABLE BASIS AND THE LANDLINE NUMBERS ARE NOT REACHABLE. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE JOB OR TO GET THE MONEY BACK. IT WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL TO ME IF YOU HELP ME IN THIS. I AM VERY HELPLESS PLEASE HELP IN THIS PROBLEM.

Day 1 Incident :I got a call from sourav kumar (C.No.-[protected]) from Click2Resume.com on saturday(02/06/2012).He explained me all the benefits of package like I have to pay approx 2800 rs to take the membership and they will apply on unpublished job.as per my resume they will provide me job of 14 lakhs @ singapur ...bla..bla..bla...,As per to maintain telephone etiquette i heard his all the commitments and i told him to contact me on Monday.

Day 2:On Monday(4th June,2012) at 7 pm he contacted me on phone again and I told him that i am not interested in this offer in which i have to pay for getting a job(even i am a working professional).I told him that i am talented enough to get the job.
then he told "you did knew that on Saturday itself"(In Very very bad way)......I told"Now what you will do"...he told"you will get to know once you will get blacklisted thn you will not be able to apply in any company.
i asked his name he told what you will do with the name..and dropped the call.

"I hope that the people like this don't have rights to make an innocent person Blacklisted"

i was totally shocked how the call center can employ such low temper people...then i again called back to that no. and talked with lot of people like their officer Rahul and all regarding this misbehavior....lets see what will happen??/
