I have to lodge legal complaint against http://clickyourcareer.com/contact_us.php due to cheat company and demanding more money to complete verification to provide job interview with convergysys, pune

Please find below sitation case:
Today i have received a call from +[protected] and they offer me a job after paying their registration charges and they have explained me all the terms and conditions of job & salary offer according to my profile
They asked me to pay 2714 on http://clickyourcareer.com/proceed.php?v=11 to schedule interview with the 3 to 4 companies i. E. Convergys, deloitte & j p morgan and fixed interview call and accordingly i paid the fees and they asked me to pay more fees on http://clickyourcareer.com/proceed.php?v=1 to complete verification process before interview and that time i have noticed that he was demanding to pay fees for web site design services and there was no production description about employee verififcation and when i had asked to confirm all the process on the mail then he started avoding and started with his same tone with "no sir, it is not correct and you have to policy as per company policy as per online payment information" and that time i had realised that it is faked company and i was asked to refund my registration feesrs.2714 due to not satisified with the service but he denied to pay refund and he started eexplaining the company policy, etc and then he disconnected the call and when i was trying to call back on his cellphone no.[protected], it was coming wronged number?
And now i request you to take necessary legal action against clickyour career.com to refund my fees and file fir legal case under ipc, section 420 due to cheat company
