First a lady spoke and then this guy who called himself Rajeev, was blabbering about job selection and payment of Rupees 3500+GST. When I asked him for more details, he said that got the details through Shine.com and just pay the amount immediately without wasting precious time.

He seemed to be in such a hurry that he kept asking me several times whether the clicked the "Add to Cart" button (screenshot attached).

I insisted on receiving an official email from the recruiter and he said that HR is online with him right now and after payment, he will connect me for the job interview.

My phone does not have a recording feature, otherwise would have recorded it and posted.

I said I will not pay anything now, and he hung up. When I called back, the operator said that incoming calls to this number are not available([protected]).

Painful that job seekers have to go through all these types of scam.
Shocking that people can lure job aspirants using such cheap tricks.

Request the police to take strict action.
