I have foreclosed my personal loan on 30th Sep 2022 through ICICI Bank offshore counter. I made close Rs.5000/- in addition to the forecloser amount.
When I tried to reach the customer support team, many times the lines will not connected. Sometimes if connected the customer service managers will not respond to our questions and behave very rude. Without responding our questions they will go on mute and disconnect the calls.
But till date Clix capital has not closed my loan and refund my excess amount.
Am getting several calls and messages from Clix capital for EMI payment.
