I would like to complaint against Clix Capital for very rude and unethical behaviour for payment collection.
In this pandemic situation, everyone is facing trouble financially and mentally. I have taken loan of 5L from clix capital and was paying regularly till this month. This month due to Diwali and curfew timings and weekend curfew by the government, my payment didnt came in as expected and so my EMI got bounced in this month of November 2020.
I am really under a lot of stress right now and from 10th of November, I started getting calls from clix capital for the payment (I am not against it. I have taken a loan and it is my duty to pay the EMI) but sometimes, in this pandemic situation, businesses got destroyed and i am facing hard times running business and getting payments on time so i am unable to pay the emi for this month.
I was really harassed by the company regarding the same and i am getting 10-12 calls regarding the same everyday and sms and emails. Even if i receive call, let them know that i would not be able to pay this month so kindly bare with me and give me some time than also after few minutes, someone else calls. How many times i have to explain the same to everyone! Also some of the callers do not even care and scolds me like anything. Now i do not have any intension for defaulting the loan or anything but just need some time.
I really want to complaint against the callers from clix capital as they continuously call like 10-12 times in a single day asking for payment etc. I was giving answers and all but now what disturbed me today the most is that now they are calling the references provided on the loan application. Now who involves references for non payment of just single EMI?!!!
I need to file complaint against them for damaging my credit and reputation. It is not like i have not paid the loan from years and have no intention of paying but just damaging my reputation and credit with single EMI and that also from the CURRENT month? This is very unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

I have call recordings of each and every call and also bunch of messages asking for payment on whatsapp from different numbers.

Please someone help me deal with these people as this is hard time for everyone in this pandemic and we are struggling to keep business alive.
