Closap — Different product and not accepting any call for returning Product.

I have Order Semi Stitched dress from Closap as on 26/04/2016, Shipment reference is R[protected], I am totally disappointed with product. Its colour its design everything was different from the product which I Selected on site and cloth quality is also very poor.
I have tried to return the product by submitting online request but no response received from them and also tried to call them but no one is picking up call. Their address mentioned on Bill is Rashi Circle, Dabholi Chowk, Surat.
