Closap.in — Designer wear - defective and different product

I had ordered a product from #closap website on 28.4.2016. The product was delivered and was a wrong product.I immediately submitted online return form...which says ...they will connect back in 24 hrs...The said time is over and yet there has been no response from them . I tried to call the given customer care number [protected]. but it never worked. There was no invoice provided also. We are not sure where and how to reach them. Address given on courrier sheet was Rashi Circle, Dabholi Chowk, Surat, Gujrat.
