Dear sir

I parul goyal ordered a suit on a site closap.In and they delivered the product on time and i paid the amount on delivery the delivery boy told me not to open the product in front of him and if there will be any problem contact site for the details and they will contact u for the return process.
I saw the product after he went away and the product wass rubbish not at all like the original one they showed me something else on site and delivered the all together different product with such a bad quality and i visited their site then and put details.
On that site they said put details nd site will contact you within 24 hours.
Its 4 days no one contacted yet and continuously we r trying no one reply for the call and of details filled by us.
And they just ignored everything and gave us time of 7 days for return.
