Clothesmart — refund not received yet

We placed an order in clothesmart for 1 choli and 3 gowns via order #92266 on jan 1, 2019 for an amount of rs.2046/-. Received a mail from the on jan 3, 2019, telling that they would refund the money in 10-15 days because of non availability of stock. Yet to receive the money back. Can you'll please make them refund our money back. Been trying to reach them but not able to get their number through, finding it pretty difficult can the concerned authorities look into it and revert back to us so that we can get our money back.
