Clothing Heart — poor quality

I did not receive the product which I ordered for. The quality is too bad and when i am opting for a return my request is being cancelled. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible and I want my refund. I am really sorry to say this but you are a cheating company who sends wrong product to the customers and harass them. Your customer care phone no. is always busy, when opting for return, information it is always showing as wrong details whereas that is the true one and other than that no information we have. Please look into the problem or else I need to take serious action towards this company so named "Clothing Heart".
If you are not able to do the business properly then why do you'll tempt the customer so much and tell them to buy their product when u cannot give the right thing which the customer is asking for.
I need my refund of Rs. 799 as soon as possible.
