Clothing Heart — poor quality dress, delivered different product and different size which doesn't fit | |||
I ordered three dresses costing 1817/- from clothing heart. I did not receive any e-mail about the product details. I got the delivery on sunday, may 05, 2019, and i paid the money to the executive as it was cod order. The sad part is the material is of poor quality, not even close to what i saw on the website and to make it worse, it doesn't fit me at all (I usually buy medium but this time i ordered xl thinking that i can get the fitting done if it is loose for me, but even xl did not fit me). I wrote an e-mail the same day at query. [protected]@gmail.com and i have tried calling the customer care number n number of times after i got the delivery but in vein as it is always switched off. So, i want to return the products and get my money back (Refund) asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
