Clothing Heart — wrong product received

I ordered a dress costing rs899/ on[protected] on clothingheart.com. I also recieved an email from [protected]@clothingheart.com in which all the details of the product were given. I received it on 03.05.2019, i paid the money to the executive as it was cash on delivery order. When i opened the packet the dress was not that what i oredered for. I want to return it and want my money back.

Pls help if i can get my money back, as they are not being connected via phone no. Given on website which is +[protected] neither through their mail id which is query. [protected]@gmail.com nor through their facebook page.
