Bhaap.com (Lint roller) — Product not shipped !

Respected Sir,

I bought a Lint roller (3M Scotch Brite Lint Roller (Set of 2)) from Bhaap.com on Feb 9th 2013. And also made payment immediately using Syndicate bank Debit Card(Rs.385.00) . But till now i didnt received any shipping details till today. I wrote more than 5-6 mails to them, bt i dint find any reply.The order no they provided is #[protected]. Please do help me wit the situation.
