I am Varsha Das of kharagpur, I am a regular customer of big bazar, Today I had been to the big bazar with my 2-years old daughter.When my shopping was just in a half way, my baby demanded to have a biscuit so I headed towards the cashier counter to buy my baby a biscuit packet.The cashier did her duty but did not let me go back.I told her that Ihave bought this packet as my baby wants to have it, and I have still more shopping to do and also my baby and my cart both are there, but still they did not allow us, instead they started shouting at me that its not a rule to have anything to eat inside.I tried my best to make them understand that its just my baby who wants to have just a biscuit and also I have paid for it.But all in vain, those so called disgusting employees of the food bazar section started arguing at top of my voice and made me leave the section as they said it is a rule that once made a bill, its necessary to go out, no one can go back.Quite surprised by their inhuman treatment I had to leave the section leaving my baby and the cart and re-enter from the entrance again.Quite obvious I quited my shopping and took my baby and my cart and got out of the section.I was surprised as how could they behave with a lady like this, Its not only me they cannot even consider a child.They must get into knowledge that its not that we are there because of them, its they because o[censored]s.Employees with no ethics are just not tolerable in a shopping complex like that.One more thing, while shopping, At the corner I found almost 4-5 sales executives all piled there i-cards on the products and busy taking snaps and posing for taking pics, not even caring that a customer is looking out for the products.Insead of attending the customer they were busy commenting on each others pics and look.IS THIS NOT OUT OF THEIR RULE?REALLY A SHAMEFUL VIEW AND EXPERIENCE WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF THE FOOD BAZAR SECTION.I TRULY BELEIVE THAT A ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN TO TAKE CARE THAT THE STAFF's SHOULD BE ETHICAL AND WELL-BEHAVED AS HERE NO VALUELESS PEOPLE COME FOR SHOPPING.WE HAVE OUR SELF-RESPECT AND WE DONT COME HERE TO LOSE IT.IF NO ACTION TAKEN THEN IT WILL TAKE NO TIME TO BRING THE REPUTATION OF THE SHOPPING MALL TO NOWHERE.

Normally we come here in order to overcome the hackle of choosing things from a heap.. we prefer a quick pick from the displayed items.. however many a times it happens that the things we pick are not updated in the systems and as a result either we have to leave it or have to wait until it's done manually.. like am doing it now.. it's over 1/2 hr and still the billing of a 599 t-shirt is in progress.. i[censored] ll can't update ur systems on time then kindly don't put them in display and create inconvenience for the customer.. this is not the first time and am sure I am not the only person time face this..
