I had ordered a Mango Watch from Fashion and You in July. I made a payment of 2100/- and upon checking the product realized it is not working. I called the customer care who said they will arrange it to be picked up in 5 days. I have been waiting in the last 3 weekends for them to pick up, now they say that they don't work on saturdays or sundays. I asked them atleast tell me a time on a weekday , they cannot tell that either. Basically they do not want to replace the product and we end up calling and wait to speak to their customer care and send mails repeatedly everyday. It is surprising that international brand like Mango is spoiling its image by tying up with these kind of services.
