[Resolved]  Cloudtail India — not replacing item in warranty.

Few days ago i have purchased body weight scale from amazon.
On website is shows product has a 1 year warranty which is provided by seller who is Cloudtail. Now product is not working so call seller's customer care they have given me one mail id which is [protected]@blubrich.com from this mail id i got response to do a mail on [protected]@cloudtail.in now from this mail id i got a response to do a mail on [protected]@uclindia.com..

So they are making me fool and giving me new mail id but not taking my warranty claim.
I called amazon and told to them they said warranty can only be claim to seller and not to amazon which i agree.

But now what to do i don't have any idea so did this complain.
