The other item on this order was successfully delivered but not this particular one. I request to refund the amount 2768 and close the matter ASAP.

Raising a complaint against a product that had been purchased last week through Amazon (product name: Pigeon by stove-kraft amaze 550-watt mixer grinder with 3 stainless steel jars (dark grey, medium). and sold by your company cloudtail.
Issue: The mixer suddenly stopped working in the middle of the process on 30th march 2022.
Kindly check this complaint and rectify the problem as soon as possible. and if there is any...

I brought a v-guard openwell submersible pump of 1 hp, surprisingly at a very low price. In a few days I received the product and on opening I found the reality of such low price. It was because they sent a different product.
I filed a complaint for the same and the customer support told me that the Product will be replaced, to my surprise again when I received the replacement, it was the same wrong product....

I bought an amazonbasics tv on 19 th march 2021 sold by cloudtail india via Amazon.in .The product was defective from may month and due to lockdown cannot file a complaint so waited till lockdown is over and
Scheduled an service on June 17th, the service was not done till date July 7th. I also mailed cloudtail regarding this and they were sending the same email to schedule an appointment which I already done and they are not providing...

I bought Morphy Rechards Icon Superb 750 Watts Mixer Grinder with 4 jars (Silver/Black) from Amazon.in vide order number[protected]. Received order in time. After that we found that one Jar of the Mixer is defective. Lid was not properly locked. Meanwhile we complain about the problem and one Local Service Centre person came to see the defective Jar. He found it defective and took the JAR with him informing that it will be replace...

I purchased this facial steamer in the month of Oct 2020, and within 2 months it's stopped working.
Pl look into this and either refund the money or send me a fresh good working product.

I had purchased three led 9watt bulbs through amazon supplied by cloud tail india. The product carries a warranty of one year from cloud tail india one of the bulbs failed in a fortnight's time. Cloud tail india is not responding to the various messages sent to them for replacement. The order details and supply date i am giving at the end.

Few days ago i have purchased body weight scale from amazon.
On website is shows product has a 1 year warranty which is provided by seller who is Cloudtail. Now product is not working so call seller's customer care they have given me one mail id which is [protected]@blubrich.com from this mail id i got response to do a mail on [protected]@cloudtail.in now from this mail id i got a response to do a mail on [protected]@uclindia.com..

So...

I ordered above mentioned tv from amazon.in and it was sold to me by cloudtail india.
The product accessories should contain 2 table mount stand. I received only one of them in the box. I complained to amazon and sanyo about missing accessories but both of them is not taking care of my complain.

Maine amazon seller cloudtail india se bigmuscle nutrition ka ek protien purchase kia jo mere pas 4-5 din k ander aya... Jb maine product open kia toh maine dekha ki product already open tha but uski seal pack thi.. Or ab product return lene se b mna krdia gya h... Ye ek fitness product h jiise ki health relativ problem ho skti hn... Mujhe nhi pta product ki seal kaise pehle se hi open thi or kya pta ki isme cloudtail india ne ky pack krke...

Product is pathetic and in every way can not be called a running shoes. I have been using reebok shoes for over 18 years. This product is not meant for running but rather fit to be a casual fashion. It has no leg support at all and if it is called running shoe the statement is gross misleading.

I have also wrote to reebok customer service after receiving the shoes (From e mail on cbb box but company did not bothered to reply...
