I bought an amazonbasics tv on 19 th march 2021 sold by cloudtail india via Amazon.in .The product was defective from may month and due to lockdown cannot file a complaint so waited till lockdown is over and
Scheduled an service on June 17th, the service was not done till date July 7th. I also mailed cloudtail regarding this and they were sending the same email to schedule an appointment which I already done and they are not providing me any warranty service even when I have warranty . They are not giving any service and replacement for my product and I have been waiting for months for the service.kindly take an action on cloudtail india.
