Clove dental is a fraud clinic run by non professionals. I would like the doctors medical certificate to be assessed. I had signed up for braces with them at a discounted rate of rs 15900 and they suggested that all the doctors are available and will be conducting the sessions as per time lines. Once i made the payment suddenly all the doctors were on leaves and i was told that no doctor would like to take up my case. When i requested for a refund they started arguing about everything. I have all the phone records and can submit them.
They started insulting me every time i went to their clinic. Now whenever i call them they just insult me by talking rudely and do nor respond to my query of when will i get the refund. They are unable to prove a concrete time line for the refund and tell me everyday that i will be informed in two hours. They have been constantly delaying this. When i told the i will go to the police to complaint they threatened me that i cannot place a police complaint on a doctor because it will hamper the doctors emotional health. I told them i am not complaining against any doctor because there was no treatment started. I wanted to complain about the dental institute. They presumably have 240 branched all over india and promise cheap service. But please understand that they are not professional and dignified and are in fact bully's and want to bully their patients into conforming to their standards. I need immediate help against this fraud as they have not been responding!
