Clove Dental — Delay in Refund

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at Clove Dental, Preet Vihar.

On **Saturday**, I had an appointment scheduled for **11:00 AM**. I reached the clinic five minutes early, but there was no one available to attend to me. I waited for **40–45 minutes** before I was finally consulted by the doctor. After the consultation, I was informed that my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted and was asked to return the next day at **12:00 PM**.

On **Sunday**, I reached the clinic at **12:00 PM** as instructed. Once again, there was no one available to attend to me. Every time I approached the receptionist, I was told that she was checking with the doctor, and then the responsibility was passed on to someone else. Finally, at **12:30 PM**, I was taken inside and introduced to another doctor, who called the dentist scheduled to perform the extraction. I was then informed that the concerned doctor would take **another 30 minutes** to reach the clinic.

As I was already in severe pain and had experienced unnecessary delays on both days, I requested my **X-ray** and a **refund** instead of waiting any longer. I was told that a refund request would be raised and that my X-ray would be shared over email.

I immediately visited another dental clinic, where my treatment was completed without delay. However, I had to call Clove Dental **three times** before my X-ray was finally emailed to me. More importantly, **no refund request has been initiated even after two days**, despite the assurance given at the clinic.

The refund amount is approximately **₹8, 000**.

I request you to look into this matter urgently, process my refund at the earliest, and explain why such an unprofessional experience was allowed to occur. The repeated delays, lack of communication, and failure to honor the refund commitment have caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary distress.
