Complaint against: Clove Dental - Dr Nupur Pandey, sector 9, RK Puram, Delhi.
Subject: I took My 10 year old son for a routine tooth check up. He had no tooth ace or sensitivity in any tooth. Doctor identified a mild/ aerial cavity in tooth number 85, which is milk tooth. No X-ray of tooth taken. Asked for a filling. She quickly filled up the tooth with composite filling.
Immediately after that my kid was not able to bite anything from the tooth, it was horribly paining.
He suffered the entire day, night and the doctor was not picking up call, neither was any mobile number shared.
Next day after revisit, she drilled the filling and asked to again revisit after 2 hours, but the pain didn't subside.
I rather selected auch experienced doctor, and he informed composite filling causes such pains and the filling itself was too high all casing pain. The filling was not done neatly and spread all in the tooth.
I was charged 1390/ by Dr Nupur Pandey.
Had spent 600/- at the new doctor.
To& from auto charges - 100/-.
The child has a mental trauma because of pain for 1 and a half day. .
