Clove Dental — Unethical behaviour , no refund

I had gone to Rajapuri clove dental for my teeth filling this was my 2nd appointment with them at 18th June 2021 first they took a x-ray she didn't gave me the report ( doctor Neha Kanwar) on 18th she said that i need to do filling of 7 teeth . According to her she did cleaning of my teeth and did x-ray it was of total 3000 . On the second appointment she said that i needed filling of 10 teeth again did cleaning it was of total 14, 000 . she told me to change my brushing habits i did, my teeth fillings were literally coming out after 2 days I talked to the doctor she was blaming Everything on me we went to the clinic and her behaviour was purely unethical she refused to give a refund it was a total of 17, 140 she even had the audacity to said that i needed a surgery for my gums of 19, 000 i went to another dentist to be assured if she is right and he told me nothing happened you need no surgery and everything was fine she didn't do any permanent filling and cleaning of my teeth . she even said on call that she asked me if i want temporary or permanent filling and in reality she didn't asked me anything . i asked her price of the whole procedure before the treatment but she was not ready to tell me after the procedure she told me the amount look how she makes the situation, she never tells the price before and tells the patient after the treatment so the patient can't even refuse . I asked for a refund and she was behaving like she didn't know anything about it . my desirable solution is that i want a refund
