Clove Dental — Wrong information by Dr punam kirti nagar who took rs 5000 on first day of rct while did not refund amount as no procedure was don

Unethical means by this company. Dr. Pjnam misguided and took rs 5000 in 2019 for rct and told afterwards more money will be required after few sittings. I didn't go for the procedure and asked for refund but they didn't provide me with refund while I received call from clive that i[censored] want money then wherever we will tell u come and take ur money. Is this the way to refund? Are they goons? I have yet not received refund.
