Club Factory — 3 product not received (order dated 20 oct) & wrong product not taken back

Dear executive

1) this is in reference to my order number so[protected]Product 1-creative towel cloth hook 2. Gemotery round earring 3.7 led ultrasonic oil diffuser aromatherapy air humidfier) dated: 20 oct would like to inform that this order is expected to deliver by 28 oct - 07 nov but till date i wont receive my order. I have contacted on customer care regarding status of delivery having tracking no: [protected] from xpressbees courier as per tracking info but c. Care executive of xpressbees told me that this tracking id is invalid.

2) this is in reference to my order number so[protected] would like to inform that wrong product is delivered by club factory and raised return request twice but pick-up executive/person never contacted me neither collect the refund parcel and i received message on 14th nov that "we are sorry to pick up request son[protected] has been cancelled by the carrier" till date my returned parcel wont be collected.
