Club Factory — about delivery of my product | |||
I ordered on 11 july 2018 and estimate delivery date is 28 july 2018, but still i didn't got my order, and i ping to club factory via app, but still not any reply from customer care, i searched contact no of customer care on google and tried to call but i am getting reply number is not reachable, i didn't found valid number on google or on there own website. I cancelled my order on 16.7.18 through official website. My refund not been credited even after repeated request. Even in app balance no refund to withdraw, but the company repeatedly saying see app balance for refund and not accepted to refund directly into my bank account online.

My return was picked up on 13th July and delivered to the seller on 22nd July but yet I haven't received my refund. I have dropped emails, chat with customer service and also called by none has helped me. Its just harassment, 6 days have passed since my return good has reached you guys
