Hi team good afternoon... Very glad to receive the watch which is my favorite one... Little bit disappointed 😥 due to chain 🔗 and buckle... It's so cheap quality and just opposite of my expectation... I salect another type of chain 🔗 and I get another type... I was waiting for this my dream watch for more then 15 days... How I can return or replace... I am sending you two pictures of the product which I get totally different from that picture which I buy... If I want to add two three itsms together to the cart i cannot because the option “add to cart” is invisible, instead they say buy now so I can only purchase one item at a time. Please help me.

Here is the tracking no if the item: [protected]. According to the trackind status it should have reached on January 26 but I still haven't received the item. Please look into this issue.
