Order no:so19491194 Tracking no:[protected] Ordered on: 28/04/18 I have order 1 product from club factory on 28/04/18 i receive message 02/05/18 of shipping by xpressbees but i haven't receive the product yet and im not able to track my order also. Even i didn't any notification from club factory for my order. I am complaining because it has been almost 11 day of shipping message i got. Verified Support May 11, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, as you ordered by a guest, you can't track it and we can track for you. Your order is in custom clearance now. After that, the local courier will pick up and deliver it to you in 5-12 days. We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible. Please try re-star 5. Thanks for your patience.
